Delete your RISE TV app account

We’re sorry to see you go! If you’d like to permanently delete your account and all associated data,
you could follow these steps in the RISE TV mobile app:

Method 1:

• Click on your profile image from right side of the Home Screen
• Select ‘Delete Account’
• This will ask for your confirmation to delete the account

 

Method 2:

• Alternatively, you could send us an email to [email protected] from the email you signed up
  your account with. We will send a verification mail on the same, reply to that mail and we will
  delete the account within 72 hours after receiving the confirmation.
