How can I cancel my subscription?
We’re sorry to see you go! To cancel your subscription, make sure you’re logged in. Then, go to Account (on the top right) and click “Stop.”

How can I get a refund?
Please be sure to email us at [email protected] with the name of the account you would like us to refund, and include “Refund” in the subject of the email.

Go to Account, click “Update Card Details,” and fill in the debit/credit card details of the card you would like to use instead. Make sure you select the card to which you want to be charged.
