The Fourth of July is a time when families come together to celebrate America and each other with cookouts, cold drinks, boating, swimming, and everything else under the sun. At night, of course, everyone (no matter where they are) either watches their local fireworks display or sets them off themselves. Of course, there are those who throw caution to the wind as they light fireworks (sometimes even in the wind), only to watch everything go up in flames.
