Stargate Project: CIA Files Claim Alien Base on Saturn’s Moon Titan

The Stargate Project was a top secret CIA program in the 1970s and ’80s in which they hired remote viewers to spy on other countries and various locations. One bombshell report became declassified. It said that remote viewers saw there were alien bases in Alaska, Africa, and even more shockingly, Saturn’s moon Titan. Is there any truth to it?

An official during the Bush administration claimed that through the 1990s till 2015, the US secretly built a massive, underground city, costing US taxpayers nearly $21 trillion in case any global catastrophe occurred on Earth. This claim had previously been made for years in the “truther” community.
