This is what it’s all about, but you and each person has to figure out what that means for yourself. Often it is the unspoken existential anxiety and avoidance to talk about the purpose of life that drives addictive or self-defeating behaviors. Contemplating and authenticating (to the best of your ability), the journey of your true self, is perhaps the most important conversation to have with yourself in regards to your path and Way in life.
